Partnership process

1. Create a company account
– Company name, tax code, representative, email.
– Hmong Go calls to verify and approves within 1 working day.
2. Check and advise
– Hmong Go asks about the real conditions at the workplace.
– Suggest how to hire and when workers can start.
3. Partnership agreement
– Agree on how both sides work together.
– The service fee is paid by the company. Workers pay nothing.
4. Post jobs
– Post jobs on Hmong Go, clearly showing the employer and workplace.
– Collaborators in the villages spread the word to people who need work.
5. Find and refer workers
– Call each person to advise, explaining the job clearly in Hmong.
– Set interview times and give travel directions.
6. Follow up at work
– Check in with new workers so they settle into the job and housing.
– Report early when someone quits, and find a replacement.
7. Reconcile and pay
– Check together the list of workers who completed the required days.
– Pay the service fee as agreed.
